Meet the Team
The PIWC Association is a 100% volunteer organisation, all members donate their time and resources to run the Association and its activities. The Association is administered by an Executive Committee of volunteers who are elected at the Annual General Meeting every March. They are responsible for the management and growth of the PIWC Association in a way that is always true to the Association's values. Our highly engaged and qualified leadership team oversee all the aspects of the Association business including our flagship scholarship program, all the events & fundraising activities, the clubs, and all PIWC Association marketing & communications.
The Executive Committee is comprised of 10-15 members across various roles including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership, Scholarship, Events, Welfare & Communications. The committee typically includes at least 2 members who provide support where needed.
Would you like to be actively involved in the Scholarship, Events, Communications or Fundraising teams? Maybe you would like to run one of the Clubs or have an activity you want to start in your area. We are always looking for people who can help, and we are open to fresh ideas. There are many ways you can contribute to the organisation, and you can do as little or as much as you wish.
